Whenever you join a new office or are recruiting a new teammate, you may encounter new gender identities and expressions that do not fit into the boxes of âsheâ and âhe.â While some transgender employees identify on a binary scale, others do not and adopt more fluid pronouns. For employees that do not identify as male or female, a âtheyâ may be appropriate.
